Elizabeth (Beth) Polese (Soprano) achieved first class honours in her ARCT in voice performance. Beth has performed and competed provincially and has received numerous awards and scholarships from organizations such as the Kiwanis Music Festival of the G.T.A., the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association, and the Davenport Music Festival.

She recently placed first in the province at the Ontario Music Festival Association (O.M.F.A.) competitions in Peterborough, Ontario in the Classical Voice: Diploma category. As an active performer, Beth has performed in many musicals across the city and has performed many roles – favourites include Maria (West Side Story), Ado Annie (Oklahoma!), Jo March (Little Women: The Musical), Anne Shirley (Anne of Green Gables), and Miss Adelaide (Guys & Dolls).

Her opera credits include being a chorus member in La Nozze di Figaro (N.O.C.C.) and Don Giovanni (Opera York). Beth is also working towards her Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice Performance at the University of Toronto where she is currently studying voice under the tutelage of Mary Morrison.

Beth is very excited to join the CMC team and loves to share her love of music with all of her students.
