Devrim studied Jazz and various popular styles of guitar at Musician?s Institute in California and Jazz Composition at Berklee College of Music in Boston. His private studies included classical composition with Marty Epstein, classical guitar, as well as lessons with Jazz great Lorne Lofsky. He since has been an active perfomer and session musician in the US, Canada and Europe. Currently he is based in Toronto, where he regularly performs, records.and teaches music theory and guitar.
